I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. This sham of an establishment, boasting expertise where there is none, successfully and completely destroyed a pair of tailor made trousers by misunderstanding the most basic instructions. You ruined my trousers, and your incompetent excuse of a business ruins the neighborhood.

I have received fantastic service from here. I brought a shirt with a very big hole in it, difficult to fix. I thought it could be stitched a little in order not to become bigger but there would still be a little hole after repair. When I came to collect it, I had the great surprise of seeing the hole completely fixed with great quality stitchings. An amazing job, and quick as well. I would also like to mention the friendliness of all the staff members. Thank you!

Have been using this place for my suits for the last 3 years and have been very happy with them. Always good service and can have my suits cleaned and returned to me on the same day.

Been coming here for years. They have never damaged a garment yet, even when I leave odd earrings or coins in the pockets. The owner always suggests ideas with difficult items - like offering to steam clean a delicate non dry clean leather jacket for free or contacting a specialist suede cleaner for me.

Best dry cleaners in london. Lovely guys working in there. If I need the alterations in a rush he does his best to fit me in, sometimes same day sometimes next morn. Brill customer service really personal. Would give them a million stars
