Clean and tidy place for your laundry in Wembley, but insufficient directions to customers. Went here for the first time today and the owner (the older man) only kept giving directions in annoyance from his seat behind the counter as he was closing in 45 mins. Also the rates of using the dryers aren't displayed and hence he managed to cheat me. I asked him the charge to dry one blanket and he coolly replies "You need to put in a minimum of 3 quid". My mother later informed me that she otherwise dries a whole lot of laundry at the same place for just one quid.

I brought in a dress a few months ago - sorry the review is so late but I didn’t want the great service to go unnoticed. The dress I brought in needed dry cleaning after I had split a coloured drink down my white dress and after soaking it & washing it twice the stain wouldn’t come out. Until Way 2 Klean we’re able to work their magic and bring my dress back to life!

I had also ripped the back which they were able to sew back together and you’d never know.

Overall I was so happy with the service and the fact my dress which I thought was absolutely ruined come back as good as new!

I use their laundrette facilities here often. It’s always very very clean, there are plenty of machines and the staff always have change. The prices are reasonable too. Perfect place to go to your clothes washed and dried. Super friendly service here!

Extremely happy with service and quality. So far has used for alterations, that they do a fantastic job, and deliver super quickly. I will definitely trust coats dry cleaning and would recommend for Wembley Park area! The best!!!

Very professional. Management always go out of their way to help you and they are always very friendly and welcoming 🙂. The services provided I.e. laundry, wash and fold, dry cleaning, alterations etc. Are done professionally and beautifully. Also the costs are reasonable and affordable. Very happy with Way 2 Kleen services and strongly recommend.

I took a suit and 4 shirts for dry cleaning. Unfortunately the 4 shirts were miserably ironed, I do better at home.
The suit was not ready at the time promised and I had to wait for 30 minutes around the area for that (by the way, a very quick solving, congrats).
The quality of dry cleaning for the suit was good.
Positive aspect was the gentleman at the desk. He was very polite and understanding in regards of the delay. He apologised and was very helpful.
Unfortunately after this experience I am not sure I will return to this Dry Cleaners.
Negatives: Suit was not ready, Shirts were poorly ironed.
Positive: the atitude of the gentleman at the desk (sorry I forgot his name) apologising and being very helpful. Quick solving the Suit issue.

Recently moving to Wembley I’ve used this shop to press my sheets, clean my carpet, launder my bedding and dry clean my clothes. They are friendly, reliable and convenient. The delivery service is great. Highly recommend, it’s good to support local shops.
