First there customer service could be better. But the clothes I wanted dry cleaned came back looking untouched, still with creases and doesn't have a fresh clean smell.

It's unbelievable when a service change so much depending on the person that is on the counter. For a company that have in the trade name "one hour cleaning" they are really not managing their tasks very well as today they were unable to clean two two-piece suits during almost all day today (arrived 8:45 am to the store) such a shame as they had lost today a regular customer!!!

Bad customer service, the person at the counter has no respect to the customer. No such thing as one hour cleaning as they claim, on the other hand make it is my problem that I didn't bring the clothes a day before if I want it today. Never use them again!

Have used this dry cleaners on a few occasions now and have not had a problem. Prices have been very reasonable and when items have come in that they were not able to do due to manufacture instructions they were upfront and honest about it.
