Very poor service! I have been contacting the embassy ( passport dept) since last week and no one has been picking. Today on all options, no one is picking up the phone. This is very unprofessional especially that it shows open on the website. Twice l have sent envelopes for documents to be sent beck to me but not received yet! This is so unfair and upsetting.

Impeccable service throughout . My experience with the H/C throughout the whole process I was well looked after and felt confident in the staff I dealt with would definitely recommend!!!

I applied to renew my passport on 6th May 2021, was told it takes 3 months to process but its been a little over 8 months now and have heard nothing. I have called, emailed and even texted, no reply what so ever. Highly disappointed. My old passport has expired and I have missed out on opportunities to travel with my family. I have no idea what this embassy is good at.....such a let down. A disappointment is even an understatement.

Rang several times and no one answered on all the extensions on offer! What a shame! Is this what we do as a vital link to Zambia?

So all tourists or investors calling for visas are going unanswered? Is that a surprise on our low levels of tourism and inwards development 🙆🏿‍♀️🙆🏿‍♀️🙆🏿‍♀️🙆🏿‍♀️

The Minister of foreign affairs and PS should address this!

I had a great experience dealing with the personnel at the High Commission office, the receptionist was friendly & helpful, when I arrived at the office the passport & immigration lady was accommodating & managed the process coherently. My appointment was at 10:30, I filled in all the forms then waited between 30-60 mins for my travel document to be issued, considering there was a slight queue ahead of me this was immaculate timing. They met the SLA set of issuing it the same day, keep up the good work guys!

We are proud of you!

Visited, rang, left a voicemail, no one answered. Maybe the building is vacant. This is so shameful. And when you travel without a Visa, they start asking for foreign US dollar currency upon entry when they know very well the high commissioner office is a ghost manpower with its doors closed. Even in Covid-19 era, other countries work and answer phones at home to keep things going. Abena Zambia, don't entertain such, these people are our civil servants, we pay them through our taxes and should be held accountable.
