I've been with them for years, mainly because of the contact lenses scheme. I was booked for a check up which needs to be done otherwise you stop getting your contacts delivered. Booked myself 3 weeks ago a week in advance, got a call 2 hours before the appointment that there are no optometrists on Wednesdays so nobody is there to do the check up. That was bad but ok, will rebook. Today I got a call again and they cancelled again. They don't care that's 2 days I booked off work. The man on the phone was getting offensive and rude.

The opticians are good and professional. The problem was that my prescription (close and distance) wasn't fully covered by the voucher (DSE for work only ) so they couldn't process it. They didn't seem able to do just the DSE part of it so I came away with nothing, not even my prescription! Rather disappointed.

Very poor service have to return glasses after a hospital visit & found st 3rd visit they issued wrong prescription for both pairs. Long winded to get problem resolved. If i hadn't been persuaded by husband i would not of gone back to them. Good for future if you choose to pay for expensive pairs of glasses. Sr.

Only been to them once but won't be returning.very expensive and frame cracked within few months. Asda include thin lenses etc free of charge. Staff very nice though.

Very nice opticians! Everyone is very knowledgeable helpful. I felt very comfortable when picking out new glasses and was given lots of help choosing. Would recommend!

Bad service,no one doesn’t know what going on i got my glasses and seeing double ! 1 month i wait to someone call me and suit it out! unhappy customer.
