Went for an eye test today (November) during second lockdown in Boots Nuneaton. I received a text message confirming the appointment a few days in advance and a call from the store the day before advising of Covid19 precautions in place. The staff there were truly first class. Everything was wiped down before and after use, excellent use of face coverings and shields made the whole experience feel very safe and COVID Secure. The test and advice as well was first class. Many thanks to the wonderful staff for the work they are doing there.

Had an appointment today. Was phoned yesterday to let me know i would need a mask and if could bring a pen. Couldn't have felt safer while I was there today. All staff were brilliant and professional. Looking forward to collecting my new glasses soon.
