Boots Opticians

Excellent staff,very polite and courteous,my company paid for a polycarbonate pair of safety glasses and i can say that the service there is very good.

The staff are just so lazy! My glasses broke and I asked them to put in a screw. They said we can't, you need to go back to where you got them from. They didn't even try! Then I went to specsavers and they did it! Extremely rude and lazy.

I had a eye test done with boots I was told I need to have glasses with a special tint and I would not be allowed to drive in till i have these glasses which was going go set me back £315 I'm so lucky I waiting and got a second opinion from Specsavers because it turns out I dont even need glasses I have 20 20 Vision so I will no be recommending Boots optician to anyone and will not be going there again myself

I spent £35.00 on an eye test 2 months ago. I have paid £49.00 per set of 30x daily lenses three times since. And today called them to make my fourth order. I wanted the monthly ones instead of the daily lenses, as the daily wants were costing me way too much. I was shocked to learn that I would now need to do another contact lense appointment costing another £35.00 just to switch from daily to monthly. Furthermore the South-east Asian male staff I spoke with was extremely rude - I even have the telephone recording to prove this. This lot are crooks. Stay away from them. Better service and price from Specsavers.

I visited this opticians recently and was surprised by the s khurl optometrist who really needs to step down from her lofty position and learn how to speak with customers, conceited ol kow! The previous optometrists were much better and polite. Hopefully they'll return, otherwise I won't. The counter staff ladies were nice though.

I have just had the pleasure to have a post op eye test at the Hayes (Station Rd) branch in Middlesex
This was my first visit to this branch and I was really impressed with the staff.I was greeted with a smile and very reassuring attitude I would like to say a big thank you to Seth who was so pleasant and helpful, and a big thank you to Sukh who checked my eyes thoroughly and professionally both ladies a credit to Boots. As I said this was my first visit to the branch and certainly will not be my last well done ladies and not to forget the young lady that took the pictures of my eyes.
This is a must place to have you eyes tested for all the above reason’s.

Fantastic service, staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my appointment. The optician was extremely thorough and the dispensing staff were great in advising me when choosing my glasses. Brilliant service, will be back again. Thank you.

Friendly helpful staff. Fixed my glasses for free. Would definitely recommend!
