Eye Test performed on 28th February, glasses ordered on the same day, waited 15 days for some sort of contact. Telephoned shop, rang for 2 - 3 minutes, no answer. Rang again and was answered after about a minute. I was informed that the glasses are sitting in shop. No-one had bothered to contact me. Checked that both numbers they had were correct but assistant could not explain why no calls had been made or messages had been left. Poor customer service.

Excellent service! Kind, friendly assistants Tamara and Anna so helpful! My daughter is a detective and the arm had come off her glasses. She had lost the screw but these friendly assitants spent ages fixing it for her free of charge. We really appreciated their kindness to us. I always use Boots Opticians and have never been disappointed. Here was another example of their great service. Thank you!

Having been referred to a specialist need to say he was really surprised that the optican had identified the issue as hard to spot and if it hadn't been spotted could have caused far greater issuea. Great service from Boots

Waited 25 min after appointment time, when asked when we would be seen we were told "no idea" so we left as we had to get back to work.
