Boots Opticians

I recently attended Boots opticians for an eye test and to replace my prescription glasses and sunglasses. Throughout the whole experience the staff were friendly, professional and so patient with me while I tried a wide range of frames. Vicky Jenson was clearly committed to helping me make the right decision and I'm really happy with the glasses I now have.

Took both children for an appointment tonight for the first time and am so pleased with the service. The staff were all incredibly child friendly and the examinations were extremely thorough with new prescriptions for both. Highly recommend Boots Optician Kettering.

Visited yesterday with my 16 year old daughter. She had a prescription from Specsavers, but hadn't been able to find anything she liked there.
The staff member in Boots was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Didn't catch her name ( blonde Irish woman) but she was fantastic! Thank you.

Took my 11 year old daughter for an eye test. The optician was extremely rude to my daughter who was in the room on her own. She insinuated she was lying as she wanted glasses as an accessory. My daughter came out in tears because of the way she was spoken to. I would absolutely not recommend.

The optician was very thorough and explained about different eye conditions. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good service.

Over a month waiting for Glasses that were going to take ten days. They don't answer the phone on Saturdays, tried for over an hour.
I should have gone online, or Spec Savers.
