Can’t give a zero or I would, called me yesterday ask me a load of questions about COVID then told me to be at my appointment for 10-45 so I turn up on the dot only to be told I’m to late my appointment was for 10-35. I told them what had happened but they were not interested and told me I was to late and they can’t test me. What a crock the times I’ve been in waiting well after my appointment time to get tested. If it was my fault I was late I would except that but this was them not me. Sod them I’m off to spec savers.
