Boots Opticians

We had a terrible experience with Boots opticians in Sevenoaks. We ordered some glasses (designer so not cheap) and were told that the frames would be brand new. After checking a number of times and being assured that they were not the ones used in the shop to try on, we later discovered they had lied and they were going to use the shop ones but still charge us full price. Needless to say we cancelled the order. Would not go there again.

The interior of the shop is very nice and very nice selection of frames. The staff were helpful and not pushy at all.

I went on line this morning for an appointment for an eye test with Boots Opticians and was able to get one within an hour.
The staff were both very professional and friendly. I had the regular eye tests follow by more tests with the Optometrist. It was discovered that I had a macular hole behind my eyes and the Optometrist said she would refer me to my GP.
A few hours later, a private eye specialist contacted me and subsequently arranged an appointment for me to see them tomorrow! (The Boots Optometrist had fast tracked me for an appointment via Maidstone hospital.)
1. Boots. Thank you so very much for such a speedy and efficient service.
2. NHS. Ditto!!
