Boots Opticians

Avoid if you want a convenient modern service. The branch has failed to organise payment for lenses for home delivery on 3 separate occasions requiring repeat visits. I cannot order over the phone or online. Just want to pay and receive lenses, but the branch is geared solely for the elderly who have time to repeatedly visit the branch. Regret leaving Leightons in London to come here. Now looking for an alternative.

Unprofessional staff failing to complete the task required.
I paid for contact lenses that never arrived.
Asked for glasses we agreed they promised that Ithe glasses will be ready for collection in 5 days , I handed in the frame and guess what? those professionals workers, they rip the frame off.
No quality and no consideration for other people items.
Avoid Boots Opticians Rugby with all costs.

A great place for an eye test but not so much for frames/reglazing. I recommend taking your prescription and getting your frames reglazed elsewhere as it’ll be much cheaper.

Excellent Opticians, highly recommend always friendly staff ready to help, Opticians are very thorough and seen me on time. Did not feel rushed or pressured and was recommended options suitable for me and my lifestyle, have been for years and would not go anywhere else. Thank you Boots Rugby Team

My son and I recently had our eyes tested with Shantelle Patel. She was really thorough, helpful and explained everything so well, so much so my son took note of her concerns with spending too long looking at computer / phone screens and has cut down greatly. I cannot recommend Shantelle highly enough, you are in very good hands.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at an opticians .... customer service was absolutely awful!!! I waited and waited and waited for them to contact me when my contact lenses arrived ... I eventually called them to find that had had them in weeks before . When I returned for an appointment I had made for the sending fitting I was told that there was no one to see me as the assistant was on her lunch break abs to return later !!!
