Would help if they answered the phone!

Phoned Boots Optician this morning after advice from my own optician. It took me over 20 minutes to get an answer. I was advised to ask for an 'ACES' appointment.
I was advised that someone would call me back to make an emergency appointment. Its now 5.30 and you are closed. No one has phoned
I am very disappointed with this 'service'.

I received excellent and caring service (plus a discount). I would recommend it to anyone.

Would be nice if they actually picked up the phone when you are calling them to say you are running slightly late, only to arrive and be told that you can’t be seen and that they were sat next to the phone and that it didn’t ring, even though I rang constantly!
Won’t be going back there again, customer service was shocking!

Tried to contact them regarding an ACES test but they either don't answer the phone or they say there's no optician available. Even visiting the store you're stood around and no one acknowledges you.
