There is a very attentive, efficient and friendly staff who ensure that your eyes are assessed correctly and, if required, suitable frames and lenses are supplied at very reasonable cost. A thorough eye test was carried out by Shaz who listens to one's queries carefully and patiently explains the various aspects of the examination. Bijal has a very pleasant manner and is knowledgeable, giving expert advice without any pressure when one is choosing spectacles. Happy is very experienced, listens well and has a knack of knowing what spectacles will suit the individual; this can save a lot of time. Because of the excellent service I have received I have no hesitation in recommending Boots Opticians in Teddington to anyone who requires the best eye examination and after care.

Without doubt this is the best opticians practice. Friendly staff, expert assessment and excellent products. It took my parents years to find a decent opticians practice and they are very happy with this one.

I bought new glasses in Boots opticians in Teddington but soon realised they were too heavy and uncomfortable for me.I took them back and was dealt with byVicky who could not have been more helpful,She suggested newer lighter frames and took my new lenses and put them in the frames I chose which were more suitable and free of charge as I had only recently purchased them.All the staff I dealt with with were helpful and courteous and I cannot recommend this branch too highly.
