Boots Opticians

Usually after receiving a new prescription lens from other optician's, my glasses give me headaches or are not focusing properly. So this time I went to Boots Opticians in Redditch.

I can't praise the customer service in this store high enough! I would sincerely recommend them.

Firstly, I had the best eye examination I have ever received and I am in my 50's and have regular eye tests since childhood. When my glasses arrived, I could actually see perfectly through them.

I was so pleased with my new glasses that I took out the insurance against accidental damage etc, £25 extra but it was so worth it. After 8 months my lens fell out and I had some minor scratches, so I rang the shop and asked if they can help me and they were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for these wonder people. Thank you so much for your speedy and super after care. It was very much appreciated.

Great range of frames and lenses. The optician was very thorough and gave good advice. Very knowledgeable staff and a young trainee chap who couldn't do enough to help. Advised me on the best lenses for my varifocal prescription. Wasn't cheap however, when compared to others on a like for like or even possibly a lower grade of lens, it was reasonably competitive. If you're looking for cheap glasses and frames, online is hard to beat. When going more upmarket and getting the best quality of lens, even online, they are just as expensive or even more. Overall the glasses turned out very well and I can see clearly again. Very happy all round. Thank you.
