Laura was so professional and friendly in helping us! We had lots of questions and try-ons in our visit, but she were patient and helped with finding the best solution. We'd highly recommend Boots' team if you are looking for professional and committed service.

Exceptional. The optician is very friendly, smart and really wants to help. The front desk staff is so helpful and kind - they called me to check if my new glasses were ok. This was so thoughtful and kind of them. Recommended!

Last time I had an old person's free eye test was with Specsavers. Spent £350 on a "2 for 1" offer of basic range specs about 4 years ago
Decided to try Boots this time - very impressed with detail of the examination and information about my eyes. Paid £25 for advanced test (think this was very worthwhile).
2 for 1 offer with prescription lens was £40 with second pair at half price so total bill for 4 pairs plus advanced test £145.
Just picked up new glasses which were ready within 1 week and delighted.

During the pandemic I was moved to the Southside Centre opticians. I wasn't particularly happy about the move as the location wasn't the most convenient for me. My opinion completely changed after my first visit. Everyone is so friendly, my optician is so thorough and really takes the time to figure out what is happening, and they are especially helpful when selecting the best frames for you and your subscription. The experience has been a complete change from the service I received at my former location.

Wanted to check a frame was in stock instore before making a trip.

After ringing the helpline and getting no help and no response to my direct message on Twitter, I rang the Wandsworth branch. I was assured that this frame was in stock.

I then traipsed all the way there to be told by a couple of gormless staff that no, it is not in stock and whoever answered the phone to me yesterday instore effectively lied to me.

Useless and dishonest.

Always so kind, caring and supportive. Customer care is the ethos of this team. They know and recognise their customers however busy they are. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The moment I walked into Boots Opticians in Southside, I was impressed by the professionalism, along with the way they all spoke to you. They made it very easy for me and the equipment they used, was state of the art. Even more impressive was when, after all the initial tests, I was put with the optometrist, Robert. Wow! This guy knew what he was talking about and what helped was his comforting sense of humour with it. I would thoroughly recommend to visit here. Clive.

Such amazing customer service! First time in the Wandsworth branch and everyone was so friendly and helpful, felt super at ease and look forward to returning again. Charles and the person who did the main eye test, I didn't catch his name, were both so lovely :)
