Was told we’d get contact lenses three months after all the training, at the end of November. NEVER CAME. We rang the centre and got told we’d have to wait till March due to ‘technical difficulties’. Poor service and terrible organisation from Boots here. Still waiting...

My glasses broke last night, was so upset as am, as they say, blind as a bat. Dee in Boots was amazing, as glasses irreparable, had me sorted out with a new frame in no time at all. Thank you so much x

Really friendly staff with appointments that fit around my shift work. Very thorough test, I had an ultrasound, peripheral tests and pressure tests as part of my routine eye check and staff were friendly and explained it all really well. 10/10 would recommend

Can’t say I had the greatest experience.Very inexperienced young girl who didn’t have a clue and no one around to help her .Glasses we’re not fitted properly and all took hardly 20 seconds ! No customer service at all .The girl on the main desk was off hand ,verging on rude .I will be going back to Kingston branch who are qualified to deal with you and have customer service .I will have to go back to Kingston to get glasses properly fitted .

Two times the appointment was cancelled and rescheduling available weeks after. Unacceptable! Don't bother doing the appointment ... Terrible service and the person who called no even care...
