Helpful staff but there are better opticians out there

Terrible optician, exceptionally rude and I left without completing the eye test as I felt so uncomfortable with him. I had actually visited for a medical reason and was treated with contempt as I was using an free eye test voucher. This sort of service shouldn’t be allowed when people have genuine health concerns.

Rubbish service. Understaffed and unreliant.
My mom made an appointment which they are convinced she didn't. Then I go in today and the incompetent optician doesn't read my notes about my migraines and I walk out of her room with spots in my eyes causing a severe headache. Only then do i have the initial tests that should have been done first. And to cap it all I had to pay for this service.
Wish I could give no star at all

Fantastic covid measures in place when I went to have my eye test. I was able to try on several pairs of glasses which made my experience all more enjoyable as I always struggle to find glasses that suit me. The staff are super friendly and very attentive to your needs and what you're looking to get from your appointment on the day. The aftercare has also been nothing short of perfection. Keep up the great work 🥰👏🏻
