Trapped nerve problem gone! I recently started to try and get in to shape by taking up martial arts and after years of prolonged poor posture problems (incorrect seating position at work) it finally caught up with me. I woke up with a dead arm and panicked a little if I'm honest and had a sharp pain in my neck and shoulder. I immediately spoke to my GP who said they could refer me for Physiotherapy but it would be at least a week before I was given an appointment date. I turned to Google and found Kuer Physiotherapy Clinic and called up. I got an appointment the same day and called in during my lunch break. I was impressed with the clinic itself and hope easy it was to find, the receptionist offered me a drink and said that I would be going in a few minutes. I met with Laura (my physio) who gave me a full examination and I explained that I was probably at fault but also had recently the week before been in a road traffic accident. Diagnoses with a few different issues, 1 from the terrible seating posture and years of neglect and the other from the accident. I have never been to a physio before but have seen chiropractors on a few occasions. I never found chiropractic to be as successful or immediate but had worked in the past. With the Physio treatment after the first session alone and something literally clicked and the pain subsided massively. I have now had 3 sessions and I feel as good as new. But rather than leave it there I have booked in for a follow up health check in 4 weeks time to make sure things are as they should be. I wasn't aware of the damage sitting badly could cause and have taken their advice or re-arranging my workstation, which is already making a big difference. I cannot recommend enough the team at KUER and their expertise. I do not only recommend anyone else to go see them but I will not be going anywhere else in future. 5stars!

Don't waste your time. I booked in over a week ago making it clear that I wanted Mike based on the previous review. They booked me in, took the deposit and the day before my procedure I received an email telling me that my appointment is with Dr Riaz. When I complained and said that I had requested it with Mike ad Mike was the one who was emailing me etc they just cancelled my appointment on the day of it. I had taken time off work for the procedure and I am in severe pain. There was no empathy or even a phone call to say Mike no longer practices and to ask if I would still like to go ahead. You have been warned don't waste your time!!

Booked yesterday for an ultrasound guided cortisone injection. Clinic was clean, easy to find and the staff were friendly. Initial consultation took around 15 minutes and I was then provided with a report of findings and recommended treatment plan. After 24 hours the pain in my back has subsided at least two thirds and I am able to stand for more than 5 minutes, which was almost impossible one day ago. Dr Riaz explained that it would be likely to have a further session or follow up physiotherapy in about a week so I have booked in for next Thursday for a follow up appointment to check my progress. Overall extremely impressed and happy with the treatment and care.

Zero stars if I could!!! Went here yesterday 23/3/22 to see about having Cortisone Injection's and a Ultrasound for neck/shoulder pain which was advertised at £450.00... I booked my Appointment online for Friday 25/3/22 to see Laura Wilson but then received a call asking if I could attend today (23/3/22) which I gratefully accepted due to the pain I have...
Here comes the part where a £95.00 Consultation fee had to be paid over the phone and that I would be seeing Imran Riaz (See he's been mentioned in other reviews) I paid the fee and attended the clinic. Upon arrival no receptionists and had to fill in two forms (which Imran dismissed one form about medicines/treatments I've had or taking) the filling in of forms lasted longer than my "consultation" where he prodded my shoulder/neck area, feeling my fingers then telling me I needed an MRI scan even though he had an Ultrasound Machine in the room where he could have a least rolled over the area where I have pain! I Asked him to do this and he straight up refused, that he was doing me a favour by giving me a price of £95.00 Consultancy instead of his normal £125.00 fee!!! The assessment lasted no more than 8 minutes and the refusal to use the Ultrasound machine for that fee alone makes this place unworthy of a good review. Actually feel scammed. Avoid.

Imran is an exceptional physiotherapist and clinician. Having suffered from tendonitis, and headaches due to neck pain for months he has changed my life for the better. Combination of physiotherapy and ultrasound guided cortisone procedures. The initial consultation quickly helped to correctly diagnose the problem areas rather than chase possible issues that might not cure the problem. Not the cheapest in town but easily the best and the only specialist i would see. Thanks again Imran.

I haven't reviewed as yet but having seen the latest negative reviews I felt compelled to contribute. Firstly Imran, is one of the most professional and wonderful human beings I have ever met in a clinical setting. It's upsetting to see his name tarnished in such an unfair way. If you have the pleasure of making an appointment with him or have previously used this clinic you will know that these claims are frankly absurd. If you're in pain and need the best care call Imran.

Dr Imran has been very helpful in figuring out what has caused my neck/back pain, and my tension headaches.

I had seen multiple GP’s, a neurologist, a pain specialist, and 3 other physiotherapists, but none of them has helped me as much as Dr Imran has.

I highly recommend him.

Mike Squirrel is really good - diagnosed my knee injury quickly and offered excellent advice on treatment.

Unfortunately I can't say the same about Imran Riaz, who saw me the last time he was there. He was quite unprofessional - the appointment started late and his mask did not cover either his nose or mouth for much of the session. He did not appear confident in the advice he was giving me, some of which was very bizarre (he told me that I should not be stretching after I do exercise?).

If you do go here request Mike specifically - I can't recommend him highly enough.
