The Brimington Surgery

Never a complaint about this surgery,always really helpful reception staff who get abuse just for doing their job.Practice nurses and all GPS are super friendly and highly professional.Outstanding care in exceptionally difficult times of covid and beyond.Thank you, bless our NHS.

i have only been registered with this practice for 18 days they have already sorted my repeat prescription, done a sick note for me (i've never had one before so i had no idea what i was doing) organised my flu jab AND they answer the phone when you call, the receptionist is so kind and helpful. I changed from the Royal primary care practice in Staveley - the difference is astounding. I 100% recommend this practice

Missed a phonecall from my Dr, left me a voicemail to say they would contact me again. Rang the surgery at 4pm (no answer) rang again around 5pm, a very rude admin answered and said they would pass a message onto my Dr, I very much doubt that happened as I know my Dr would have been in touch! You're admin, not bouncers. What you deem unimportant could be life or death.

I have been a lifelong patient of this surgery. Kind, caring and compassionate staff. They are super organised and I have never had any major problems in getting urgent care when needed.

Very happy with the service at Brimington Surgery. Don’t use it often thankfully, but am always able to get in touch with them and they communicate well. The Doctor that I saw today was caring, efficient and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed or an inconvenience. Grateful for their service and expertise.

Would just like to say that my husband and myself have only been with this practice for about 18mths. We have received excellent, prompt, polite responses from all members of the admin reception staff. The care from both medical and nursing staff has been n fabulous. The system of using the contact us button on the web site took a little getting used to but now seems to be working well. The response time for queries and appointments is great.

My husband and I have used the Brimington Surgery for many years. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Through lockdown, during the pandemic the call back service has been absolutely brilliant. Nothing is ever too much trouble and solutions to any issues we have had have solved very quickly and efficiently. This surgery is a credit to the NHS.
