Brunswick Surgery

We have recently moved to Surbiton and joined the Brunswick Surgery .
We have been very much impressed by the support we received at the reception as we registered in the practice . Juliet walked us through the systems and arranged for us to have medicine review with Simon , the Pharmacist. Simon was very professional and went through all our medicines well. He also arranged for us to get our blood tests done with a review booked with a diabetic nurse. My wife and myself are very happy to have joined this surgery after having been with our previous surgery for 20 years!

I just moved to the area and registered here for my GP. I have found all the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The eConsult has been super useful and was a great way to get an appointment with a very nice GP who helped me out. I also had an admin request which was simple to do. The centre is very well presented and clean too.

Excellent surgery. Extremely responsive and helpful. Have been registered with my family for 15 years and we have all received excellent care through a range of different medical problems. I feel lucky that we have such a great practice in our area. Great, doctors, nurses and friendly reception staff.

I would like to praise Brunswick Surgery on their new e-consult system.
I messaged at midday on a Friday, received a call from a receptionist at around 2pm asking if I was available for a telephone call with the doctor at 3.10pm and by 3.20pm a prescription had been sent through to my pharmacy for me to collect within 30minutes.
No waiting for an appointment, no need to travel to the surgery, no waiting in a crowded surgery with people who could be contagious, and no wasting time explaining the issue because all the information was already given on the e-consult form, meaning the doctor already knew exactly what I needed before he even rang me.
I have also used the e-consult system to update the surgery on various other issues and the reception/admin staff have handled matters excellently.

Have been registered with this practice many many years. Never an issue. Yesterday the service was absolutely 10 stars. Called for non urgent advice, Dr Dhillon called back within an hour, Chest x-ray done few hours later , could not have been any better. Heads up to receptionist also , friendly and very helpful.

My 78 year old mother became suddenly unwell this morning. She felt very dizzy and almost lost consciousness. She called the surgery and was given an appointment within the hour. She was seen by Dr Nathan who checked her very thoroughly and prescribed her some medication. My mother is now at home recovering. I wanted to express my sincere thanks to the surgery for seeing her so promptly and checking her so thoroughly. My mother always reports back favourably about the surgery and I am confident that she receives safe timely, appropriate care. Keep up the good work.

Excellent response, especially using the new patient app. I cannot believe how quickly my message was picked up. I had a phone call appointment the same morning. Prescription issued. Very impressed.

Always a good experience visiting the surgery! The doctors, nurses and staff are all very helpful. Very lucky to have this team as part of the NHS.
