Stanley Corner Medical Centre

This is by far the best GP clinic I have visited in London. The warmth and commitment from the staff are overwhelming. They go beyond their duties to help patients and make them feel welcome. Huge respect for front office staff Mrs. Sajjad ( hope I remember the name properly). I am so looking forward for our association with this clinic for me and my family. Cheers!

Very lovely staff. Doctors are so caring and helpful. I needed referrals for my arthritis, they came straight away within less than a week. It's nice to have a GP that takes your health seriously, just as they would one of their own family.

During my recent visit to Stanley Corner Medical Centre, I was given exceptional professional services by a wonderful lady Mrs Bharati Jagatia. She was highly professional and gave a clear explanation of the vaccine and provided all information to me. She also booked in the follow-up appointment for me. She was excellent at communicating when there are issues, etc. She offered helpful advice and suggestions as always and made me feel comfortable.

My family and I have been long standing patients at this clinic and I can honestly say they are great. With all the pressures GP practices face now a days it's nice to know we have caring staff who will always try to help. There's a few ways to make bookings and I've not had to wait very long for an appointment. Thank you Stanley Medical for all that you do!

I have been with this surgery since last 30 years and never had any issues. In this difficult time when everything has changed and gone tough, the Stanley Corner Medical Centre is one of the best surgery where patients are being lookafter very well. The staff including the front desk to doctors are the best. Keep up the good work and well done! Thank you!

Yesterday, I had another wonderful experience. The staff gives respect to the patients, and they are polite and helpful in all aspects.

I personally find the clerical team staff member Namrata to be very helpful, efficient and she actually gets things done. She is a great asset to the surgery. Happy to note she is nearly at end of her Trainee Medical Assistant program. She will do well am sure. Tanveer is also reliable and efficient. For the rest, alot needs to improve, they need to IMPROVE : take action on Hospital letters on time, be pro-actively involved in their patients care and be concerned enough to send for tests and make referrals to Hospital Specialists appropriately.
Vaccinations also need to be given to patients ON TIME. One example of many I give here --- GP only actioned letter In DEC 2022 of St Thomas Hospital of March 2022 telling URGENT NOTE to GP give xyz vaccines to patient! That too after much chasing on carers , my, part. Just not good enough. Patients need timely care , otherwise it's not showing respect to them and their pains.Please improve for 2023 onwards
