I've been with this practice since 2011 and there has been changes but overall it's a good practice. I've had the odd problem with repeat prescriptions but a quick call usually sorts it out. The staff are pleasant and try their best to resolve any queries you might have . I've only given 4 stars just because of the lack of appointments available at times. I do wish Dr Majid had not left , he was the best doctor I've ever had and wherever hes gone to are luck to have him.

Been with this practice for many years, it's had it's ups & downs but on the whole the staff try their best to accommodate you. Since Covid things are obviously difficult & different rules apply, with doctors working from home, the need for masks in the surgery etc. The reception staff are the 1st line & get the bulk of the problems to deal with & try their best to help but often their hands are tied but I personally find them friendly & helpful.

Tammy the nurse is excellent, very professional and thorough in her duties. She runs the asthma clinic confidently and reassuringly, helped me switch asthma medication without any drama.

I think I must be going to a different surgery to everyone else looking through some of these reviews today.

Reception staff are front line. They always do their best to help in whatever context they can. I never struggle to get appointments compared to others’ whom have different doctors at other establishments and have to wait weeks/months?

Doctors and nurses at this practice do care and will do whatever they can to help you within their competence and practice. In particular Dr Benjamin and Jayne who is fantastic and has seen both my children and myself in the past. They have been absolutely top notch! Yes there has been times when I or my children have had to be referred/sign posted to another place but for the right reasons.

So a massive thank you for always being accessible, professional and helpful team. Excellent!

Disgusted with how my baby has been treated whilst at this doctors. During the summer when my baby was just 5 months old I had taken him up as he was very unwell, the doctor who checked him told me he just had a cold and there was nothing I could give to him, the next day we were up new cross and he was being treated for croup. Now at 8 months old he has been been very ill and unsettled with a cough which is getting progressively worse, taken to the practice for, again, them to tell us that he is fine, it’s just a cold, there is no medication we need to give him, and that he will get better on his own (recommendation was simply a bit of Vicks on his chest) , and yet no surprise I had taken him to A&E as I knew something was not right and have left with prescriptions for an inhaler and antibiotics. Very unsure how all of these things were missed when the same observations and checks were done both in the GP and hospital.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the practice manager today! I was refused entry for my flu jab because I didn't have a face mask, which are no longer compulsory and I am exempt from wearing anyway due to my health problems. I needed my flu jab as my young daughter is going through chemotherapy and even though I told him this he didn't care. His attitude was disgraceful. Will be moving Dr's immediately -5 stars needed here do not attend this practice for your own health

Appalling customer service skills shown by reception staff. In particular bev, who I have heard talking about patients while I've been sat in the waiting area.
Whenever I phone for an appointment they quickly interrupt you with.. "its going to be a few weeks for an appointment" , almost as if they don't want to get you in for an appointment.
The doctors are just as bad, instead of listening to the problems, the advice is to go to A&E 👍
Heard off many others they also feel the same. Absolute shambles.
