Nurse booked my mother and son for flu jabs last month, attended the appointment today only to be told they are only giving the jab to over 65!!!! Absolutely no communication from the surgery to let us know. My mother has had symptoms of diabetes for 2 years and finally after all this time she's been told she does indeed have diabetes. No appointment offered for almost 6 weeks after the diagnosis and them only a telephone appointment. This surgery is literally failing patients continually but they don't seem to care. If we could change surgery's we bloody would.

impossible to get through on the phone. took me over 100 calls in the morning (end result being unsuccessful) and 75 calls after lunch before i finally spoke to someone.

i get that alot of people call them and staffing issues. But should look into a computer based call back system so clients only call once and queue and not blocking up the phone lines with the same people frantically trying to get an appointment.

its like the lottory getting an appointment.

Literally playing with people's lives, impossible to get appointments if you work, just declined my prescription for my thyroxine because haven't seen a GP but I work so can't sit on phone and even when I do when appointments released always engaged and they never released online as none ever appear. Dangerous practice AVOID!!!!
They will kill someone soon, may even be me when my hydrocortisone runs out

Saw Kath the mental health nurse Tue 22nd Nov 22 told her I was suicidal due to pain I was in SHE told me she would speak to someone as I needed to see a GP and get back to me that afternoon, no body has contacted me AS USUAL!!!! The receptionists get snotty if you dare to complain and nothing is ever done about their attitude which stinks!!!!

I moved to the area a few months ago, My Old GP is over 150 miles away.
This new GP wouldn’t put me on the system without my updated driving license. I had to wait 3 weeks for updated driving license.
I then get registered and get told I need an appointment before they can give prescriptions. Despite my NHS record having details of all my prescriptions.
The wait for an appointment is another 4 weeks.
I explain that I urgently need my prescription for my life threatening condition… they ask me to bring in the packets of my prescriptions, I bring them in and they tell me the pharmacy will dispense Friday.
I go down Friday only to be told I’m not on the system and I need to go through the entire referral system again as if I hadn’t had these conditions my entire life.
I cannot even get through to anyone to get some answers, see images attached.
135 calls, User Busy. Every time.
