Never had a problem. My late partner was an amputee and had other problems and he always saw a Dr the same day or next day. They diagnosed my cancer on my FIRST visit and the treatment I had after was fantastic. I find the Drs all have empathy and don't rush appointments, they take their time. I moved from England 2 years ago and believe me this practice is ten times better (you wait 2 weeks there to get an appointment!!!)

I've used this surgery for 30 years, fortunately very rarely had to visit. Phoned in the morning with breathing problems and was told to call back at 1pm! OK, phoned back at 1pm then was told I had an appointment at 4:10pm!! I reminded the receptionist I was struggling to breathe but... 4:10 it is. Arrived at 3:50 and booked in. 2 other patients in front of me.. Perfect. I then sat in the waiting room for an hour watching other patients arrive half past 4 and still go in before me.i asked the receptionist what's the delay and by coincidence I was next, when I went into see the doctor and explained she got the stethoscope and was informed of a ear and throat infection, "il give you a spray for that" I responded quickly with "don't you think I need antibiotics"... No need! I was told and apparently this £2 bottle of miracle spray was going to work wonders and was sent on my way, now on day 4 with with this tiny bottle spraying as directed and it all its done is nothing, like I say, I very very very rarely use the surgery and thought it was a shambles from the first phone call, I gave this bottle of miracle jolop 3 days, but resorted to halls soothers and paracetamol. I'm just glad my 2 children are not members of this surgery, I'm just relieved that I can change surgery as I wouldn't want to attend here if it was anything more serious, i am genuinely gutted, but needs must and I have to change as I wouldn't like to trust them with my life in their hands.

Extreme withdrawals from not receiving my medication in time. Called to see if there is anything they can do, maybe a prescription to try somewhere else, to get the response 'absolutely not'. No empathy what soever.
However, econsults to get a Dr call are brilliant, the drs themselves have always been fantastic and go above and beyond to help.

Really informative receptionist on the front desk. Dr Foley is a brilliant doctor! She was so helpful and understanding and didn't make me feel as if I was just being shaken off or passed from pillar to post like I've felt at previous doctors surgery. Only downside is only being able to have phone appointments when I have limited access to a phone in work.

I had my first face to face appointment with Dr Penry today, from being greeted in reception to the actual appointment, everyone was very polite , welcoming and all together an excellent service. I suffer with stress and anxiety and was put at ease straight away , thank you to all the staff there today.

Phoned at 8am and Surgery closed, phoned again at 08.01am and was 35th in the queue. After waiting over 40minutes to speak to someone, got told to refer the problem on an online portal, even after telling the operator that NHS out of hours had told us we needed to see a GP for an urgent condition to my son. Tried uploading the details and when symptoms put in it came back saying to call back Surgery for an urgent appointment, called back to be number 21 in the queue.... Absolutely shocking treatment!!!!!!!!!

This surgery well known for mistreatment of patients and only emergency patients to be treated and if you got pain for long time or having symptoms. The surgery not even giving you chance for treatment. Only if is emergency they say so and in reply if is emergency call 111 or go to hospital and when you get through the Dr call you back and give you paracetamol only for infections which needs antibiotic or further testing.
NHS needs to investigate this surgery for mistreating patients.
