Very unhygienic. The drink options were nice but water was going brown. Inside burger had hairs in it, egg undercooked, fish was moldy. Also the vinegar had two dead flies inside of it.The toilets was the only part was wifi and couldn’t eat all my food. Didn’t like it won’t come back.

Pre book if large booking required. Friendly staff, welcoming. Not rushed to leave, let you take your time. Reasonable prices. Pleasant surroundings, food served on warm plates.

Friendly staff and nice warm atmosphere.
Prices were good.

I had a full rack of ribs and chicken, with chips, coleslaw and salad. I gave away my chicken to my partner, which he had in addition to his cottage pie, mash and peas. His meal was tasty but I had the best choice.

Very good ribs, a good 7/10. Only improvement would be a dry rub and smoke. It's been a long time since I've had decent ribs in London that were not homemade.

Staff were great and polite but the food wasn't as good. Curry was almost cold when came out, naan bread hadn't seen any heat/cooked at all , missing sides and mixed grill was the same. Shame that the front of house staff have to face the issues as they were very nice and helpful . Waited for manager to come over for 20 minutes and was offered another meal she didn't seem surprised or shocked with what we were saying so guessing a daily occurrence

Late booking to squeeze in a cavery before it closed. Food was lovely, price was good. Staff could of been more attentive rather than continually stepping over disguarded napkins and the sort on the floors. Even picked up a dropped knife next to it and still left it! Just made the place look really untidy.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but had to share a summary of my experience this evening. One star is too many!! My 82 year old dad fancied a Christmas Meal. We booked in advance. When we arrived we waited ages to be seated. Went to the bar to order. There was no one serving. When someone did finally come, we were told that there was nothing available from the Christmas menu! Which they should have told us when booking. We had been there for 45 minutes but this time. Terrible and slow service, staff that ignored us. The food we chose in the end (which to ages to come) was disgusting. My dad was disappointed, as was I. Don’t waste your time and money. Never going back!!

Ordered fish gougon sandwich on white bloomer bread with chips. Bread was actually thin white sliced bread, and everything was stone cold. My friends food was also cold. We waited nearly an hour for the food to come and it wasn't very busy. A table opposite received their mains and desserts whilst we were waiting for our mains. Very poor service.

Would be helpful if the wait staff could let you know if anything on the menu is unavailable when seating you.
But La-Donna was absolutely amazing. She is brilliant at everything she does, she is really friendly and so helpful.
