The Pancake House

Our server Sharon really is an absolute gem! She absolutely made our day. So genuinely friendly and helpful, nothing was any trouble at all. She was like this with everyone she came in to contact with too.
We told Sharon that we went to a fancy seafood restaurant on Sunday and they could learn a lot from her on service! She is meant to be in customer service.
Pancake House seemed to be running a very smooth operation. Food was lovely and place was spotless. We don't book any other restaurants when we stay at CP now, but this place is definitely worth a visit.
Thank you to Sharon and the rest of the team, as everyone was very friendly. We really appreciate it.

Expensive as everything here. Very tasty pankakes, very nice service ladies, clean, kids friendly with a play area. Unfortunately the app is messing about as usually, once everything was gone from the basket, then after adding everything back there was one item missing after checkout.

Sharon was super helpful talked us through menu. So much to choose from. Great portion size also 2 options. Lovely atmosphere, welcoming staff, kids menu was fantastic, double lots of pancakes, son was loving it, definitely prebook your table so you don't miss out on this gem as it's so popular. We are now fully loaded to have some fun.

This place is my least favorite place at this center parks, the food I got was mediocre but other food may be better options, it is based around children which I understand would correlate well for families but not for two individuals without children. Overall for families the pancake house is great for families but I wouldn't bother if you don't have children. Service was good and it wasn't massively overpriced.

Great place for a bite to eat. Large selection of American style pancakes and waffles. Pleasant staff and clean premises. Nice views of the lake and also an outdoor seating area for the warmer weather.

As expected for a pancake house! It's nothing to shout home about but it was nice enough. The service was quick and the food came out in good time. The coffees were average, just Lavazza coffee so it wasn't fresh but did the job. We had the New York pancakes with maple syrup and bacon which were fine! I wish the bacon was crispier (as advertised). Overall, the experience was ok.
