Order placed, payment paid. Got told bulds were going to be here yesterday. Nothing. Checked and only thing I've been told is there seems to be a delay. No tracking number. Please read the reviews before buying. I've now noticed I'm not the 1st to be let down by this company.

Ordered climbing rose. Money was taken and 3 and a half weeks later still not here. Tried calling the company but never get an answer. I fear this rose will never come. Word of warning to anyone looking for some plants for the garden. Just go Scottsdale's......

I ordered 10 perennial plants for planters as a public memorial to my seven year old daughter Eloise, who was tragically killed last July 2021; I have carried out some further investigation into the matter and reviewed the facts which are simply this: 1. I ordered a quantity of live perennial plants which appear to have been dispatched by your firm on 15/7/2022 by second class postage. 2. The package bore no obvious indication that live plants were contained within. 3. At the time of dispatch the UK was being warned on all news channels of an impending heatwave, and in fact the daily temperature was climbing to peak on 18 and 19/7/2022 at over 40 degrees Celsius. 4. The plants were delivered on 21/7/2022. As they were taken in by a neighbour whilst I was out they were not opened it is impossible to say what state they were in. 5. On a balance of probabilities it is most likely that the plants, having been stored in post office vans and sorting offices for this SEVEN day transit period without watering in such searing heat would be dead or dying. The fact that there was a delay in the plants being handed to me by my neighbour is neither here nor there in the matter because the damage was done in the shipping stage. As a retailer you had a duty of care to supply to me plants of merchantable quality, and you failed in this when being aware of the heatwave and impending spike in temperatures on 18 and 19/7/2022; you did not contact me by email to advise that shipping would be either delayed to preserve the plants or would take place if I desired at my own risk. Since i sent this response i received a barage of abuisive and threatending messages, one threatening to report me. They refused a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Just wanted to say thank you for their kind response to a problem I had with some wild garlic bulbs. I was sent them as a gift but didn’t get round to planting them at the time. Due to the fact that I didn’t know what they were supposed to look like I left it rather a long time to plant them. They eventually shrivelled up and became unrecognisable. Fortunately CFO came to my rescue and replaced them (free of charge). The response was excellent and I have no hesitation in using and recommending them in the future. Many thanks!

Really good service from this supplier. Nothing too much trouble especially as it’s near Christmas, weather is very bad and there are strikes to add to the mix.

Hi, I am not one to leave reviews online, but I think some support is needed for this local business. I ordered some tulips plants three weeks ago. It arrives today, two days after expected delivery date in PERFECT condition. I will plant them this weekend and keep my fingers crossed for next year. Times are hard for small businesses and maybe a bit of patience from customers is needed nowadays. I will use this business again.
