Went to get both my children's ears pierced today and i was delighted with how the service was explained to me and how my daughters were treated. Such a professional and child friendly experience, really helped put my children at ease. Thank you ladies

The staff are lovely in here. The products are generally overpriced tatt but the staff are good at pointing out the multi buy offers which soften the blow at the till a bit.

Products, especially jewllerry can get quite expensive here. i've got my ears pierced here in the past and would recommend going to a tattoo and piercing parlor instead as claire's cleaning solution and method of piercing (piercing guns) are not very reliable and going to a tattoo parlor would support an independent business rather than a multi-national chain. however i wil admit that as i child i loved coming here to spend my weekly pocket money as i loved the wacky products. Overall i would recommend claire's for their products just go somewhere else for piercings :)

Nice place to choose something but prices..... really???

My daughter had her ears pierced for the first time and the staff were amazing with her she was scared and nervous and they made her feel comfortable they went above and beyond to make it a good experience for her so thank you very much have a very happy daughter 😊

My daughter has had a number of piercings here and staff are always lovely. A range of products available. Good selection.

I went into Clairs today and the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful I had a very good experience and will definitely visit the shop again
