Just had my daughter's ears pierced here, she's just under 5 months old .
Staff were great only had a few tears but not for long then her mother pulled herself togeather .
I'm really happy with her experience.

Ruth was brilliant. Friendly, helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend Ruth, if you want your ears pierced. Previously had my ears pierced incorrectly elsewhere, I was nervous to get them pierced again. But so happy I did and am happy with the result. Thank you. The other lady working last Friday was friendly too.

My grandma and I went to Claire's to get our ears pierced and wow RUTH was incredible. She is the nicest young lady and was so kind. I 100% reccomend her to anyone looking for a piercing. THANK YOU RUTH

The lady who works in the Claire's Bristol gallery BS1 is terribly rude and had worse customer service ever. She has red and black shirt with black jeans. So sad the store full of nice things but bring the bad bad feeling for the customers, around the Christmas time! Bad! Wish she has great Christmas!

Got my second ear piercings here a few weeks ago and I am super happy with the service! They were patient and answered all my questions. Made me feel really comfortable and safe. Would definitely recommend the place for ear piercings!

Went and got our 8 month old little girls ears pierced. It was done my Emily and Abbie (v sorry if we got the names wrong). They were fantastic - v friendly. Would recommend! :)
