Got my daughter's ear pierced here, the girls are lovely, made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend for piercings .

Absolutely disgusting behaviour today. So during the 2 minutes silence for our HEROES today, Claire accessories did not turn off their music and let customers continue to shop and serve them. Absolutely disrespectful.

This store charges ridiculous prices for most of their stuff & I went into Claire's before Christmas to have a helix ear piercing done and all because I said about I have epilepsy they turned around and said they can't do it as they wanted me to contact my neurologists receptionist to send a letter out saying I've been epileptic seizure free for five years. To give to the shop! So they can see proof then do the piercing after showing a letter absolutely shocking with the Harlow store!! 😲 I went to the Claire's store in Stevenage and they done it no problem at all. 👍😊

Daughter had pierced, paid for the piercing and set of earrings. 2 days later one earring fell out. Went back and asked for a refund but wasn't given one. Had to get ear re pierced elsewhere paying another earring and piercing charge.

Bit disappointed they didn't have the earrings that my granddaughter needed she has to have titanium not much of a selection and it would be nice if they could sell a pack of the wider backs for the earrings separate in titanium
