Not a particularly wide selection of women's wear and often not available in my size in store but fine for ordering & collection.
Food hall is clean, well stocked & a good variety.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent position in the main street. Great food selection at reasonable prices. Clothes and shoes covering different price and quality ranges. Particularly good for children. Small cafe which is very popular and sometimes difficult to find a seat. Only criticism is

Was visiting Aylesbury and as I don't have an M&S where I live, I couldn't resist popping in to this store. Not the biggest but still got all you would expect. The cafe was nice but no baby food available so my 10-month old grandson had to stick with his banana. Got everything I was looking for, so I am a happy customer!

Always enjoy going in here when on a stroll around Aylesbury. It is a nice M&S, but is a little on the small side and therefore doesn't have everything you might be looking for. For me, the positives include the kids section and the cafe does really nice food. The home section is very small and the men's formal wear section could do with a little more diversity in its selection, bringing it more in line with the bigger stores, too much of the same thing.

I went collect the Christmas food and the staff quite rude, specially the ladies at the entrance door also the lady who did asked me my name before I took the staircase. I’ve asked her if she could keep an eye on my trolley, while I went upstairs collect the food, she rudely said “I do not take any responsibility for your trolley” and she was loud.

It was perfect all hygienic sanatising in place and signs to follow to keep your distance, it wasn't very busy either so that was good staff very helpful and pleased to see you made my first shopping trip out so much better. And I managed to do everything I needed to do. Great service

Modern looking food hall.Although the food store is small they have a good selection of food/drink.

I only ever go in for the M&S Cafe and each time I go I am greeted with friendly staff. Warm and welcoming along with speedy service. Bev, Bridget and Veronique are diamonds. Look after them!
