Took my daughter to have her ears pierced on the 29th July and was served by Emma.
Emma was great with my daughter who was really anxious. She explained the process really well and was patient whilst my daughter picked her earrings.
Emma was seen sanatising her work areas which was really reassuring and took all the relevant hygiene precautions.
Really great service and highly recommended!!!

The prices in this place is mental. Not just this store in fairness across the brand. Get over the 3 for 3 offer Claire's. Nobody is buying it anymore. Just offer a decent price for that 'ridiculously attractive to 6 year old girls stock' you have there. Save us adults the heartache of buying 6 overpriced glittersparkly thingamajiggys as opposed to 1 reasonably priced one 😐 Tnx

Has some lovely Halloween adornments! Get involved!!!

Cheap and cheerful and very popular with young girls! They have lots of offers but the signage is not always clear about this which means you spend a lot of time choosing only to have to do it all again. Not very happy they opened 15min late today and local vendors told me they open late a lot at the moment. Not so easy for excitable young people to wait (and that is their target clientele)...

Went in to get some bits for Halloween and the lady behind the till was really nice and chatty. Ended up offering 3 for 2 On the accessories I wanted which was evening better!

I had my ears pierced here - 7 in total (3 in each lobe and 1 cartilage). The lady serving was super professional and really friendly. It was definitely a spur of the moment thing and she made sure I was well aware of everything.

Spent a £10 on nose hoops “sterling silver” had it in for less then one week. And i noticed today it’s gone black and gold! Really disappointed £10 is a lot of money for a nose hoop just for it to go discoloured and black! If I could give the review a 0 I would .

Enjoyed my experience as found a lot of things I was looking for at discounted prices which is very good for me
