mark greaves made my sons birthday party here extra special by providing all the kids with free party packs. He did not have to do this at all but he did with great pleasure. amazing service by mark and the rest of the Mcdonalds team at this store (princess way).

Went through the drive through and I’m sat here 30mins later waiting for my food. Fast food??? I don’t think so

EDIT: my partner went into store and got it only to find mozzarella sticks are missing plus half the food is cold

Ordered through Just Eat, £39 order half of it was missing, rang the restaurant and was told nothing they could do, not their problem, get in touch with Just Eat. McDonalds took the order and produced the order incorrectly and sent it out incorrectly. Please avoid this restaurant at all costs, no customer empathy nor wanting to help in any shape means or form, now have to wait a week minimum from Just Eat to refund part of the order. Incompetence at the very best, slap dash service and no customer service at worst.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. Absolutely disgusting service from this outlet on Burnley way. Given that we ordered through them and didn’t receive half the order I called to see if they could simply send out the missing items OR I would even collect. Said no as it doesn’t work that way. The individual on the phone (young lad) was rude and extremely unprofessional. McDonalds… appalling.

Nipped in with 4 kids in tow on the way to music lessons. Didn't use the drive through as I didn't want them to eat it in the car! Was waiting on daughter coming across from college and didn't actually want to go in as i expected it to be full of rowdy students! Was pleasantly surprised. No pushing and shoving, all were polite and friendly (customers too!) Food was hot and restaurant itself was spotless. Top marks from me.

Had to argue with one of the staff to let us buy hot food for the homeless man outside looking through bins. The advisor had just closed it when we asked quickly. Very rude young woman. Absolute disgusting attitude. However she had a chance of heart but knowing she didn't jump to the opportunity to help straight away was disgusting

I would give zero stars if I could, but one is the lowest. I ordered a sandwich and chips.sandwich was cold so I asked for a new one because I payed 1.80 for it. They told me that 2 miniute and they gave me a new one . I waited 30 miniutes for the sandwich. And when I asked them about it they just acted like they dont know what im talking about . So I just left. But I never gonna go back there and im not gonna recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Generally OK buy can be busy on Saturdays and around 3-4pm as the College across the road kicks students out they congregate here.
Food good, service OK.
