KFC Bury St Edmunds - Parkway Leisure

I'm not sure what in the heck is going on in this place but it certainly isn't functioning anywhere near acceptable standards! From the cleaningness to the service, to the food quality, appearance and everything in between... There is something fundamentally wrong here. So much so I will never set foot in here nor will I trust the food that is served. This is quite possibly the wortst experience of any fast food restaurant in the country.
Now that I look at all other reviews I can see why that is, they are consistently rubbish day in , day out.

Absolute disgrace. None of the staff had a clue what was going on, as I was watching the screens with orders on I noticed most customers had already been waiting 25mins plus. The one woman who was on the counter asked who was gonna come work the front as she wanted to go and eat (as did the queue of cf customers that had been waiting 25mins!) she wondered off with some food, leaving 2 children in her place who were asking the "cooks" out the back if the wrap he was holding was a kentucky wrap to which he just received a shrug in reply so he just threw it n the bag anyway. Needless to say after 30mins.finally received my order, walked back to the car to find the gravy which I'd paid extra for missing! This is an absolute shambles and needs some serious sorting out!!

Avoid this place , we had an order with colleagues for our lunch . Turned up when restaurant was empty. It looked like staff was more interested to show to each other funny videos on a phone then my order. At the end of the day haven received what was on order . Large coleslaw was missing, 2 regular fries was missing too.
Been told they will change some order items as they run out of chicken…, what ?
Manager told: “ it can be an ages until you get missing pieces of chicken “ …
No excuse at all

We had the new gravy bucket plus the chilli and bbq bites through Deliveroo, when opened we noticed that our popcorn chicken was missing, the chicken had no chicken on it, it was basically fried bones, and the gravy wasn’t very nice it was very watered down however gave to 2 stars as the bites and the parts that were actually edible was surprisingly nice. I have contacted Deliveroo and waiting on refund for missing food. But overall not impressed

Honestly wouldn't even bother. Terrible service from KFC, wrong order received as they had run out of certain foods and decided to replace the items with a few pots of beans, most probably the cheapest item going. Will not be eating from the Bury st Edmunds store again, the place just keeps getting worse and worse. Spent £20+ for a few pieces of chicken and some beans.

Unfortunately just like all other reviews this is by far the worst take out/delivery/eat in place there is in Bury. I’ve ordered from here multiple times hoping that maybe I just had a one off bad experience but it’s been the same every time I’ve tried giving the place a chance. The service is extremely slow even when it’s empty??? What is going on?? Whenever I tried ordering they never had gravy or chicken wings. The original chicken pieces are always dried out mess I’m not even sure if it’s even chicken tbh, dry as a shoe sole, burnt gross mess. If you try to complain about anything your complaints get ignored and left unresolved with you having your money spent and wasted on something that only belongs in the bin. Requires new staff that know what they’re doing and know how to prepare nice take out food. Dreadful.

OK, so KFC is more or less the same wherever you go but what makes this branch special is the people, the staff in this branch are awesome, they are friendly, helpful and efficient, possibly the best staff ever in any KFC anywhere. Friday evenings team you are the greatest!

Am sure we got overcharged, as I had a set meal. This was 5..99. Then got charged an extra £1.35 for coffee, which is in the price.
