What sort of Micky mouse outfit are you running here? I think you completely misunderstand the concept of fast food. I made a fairly small order at the drive through by which I was then told to wait in the parking bay. 15 minutes later I had to find a member of staff to ascertain where my order was. Finally the order arrived and we went home. On serving a happy meal to my son we discovered his fries were missing, I mean it’s not hard McDonald’s is it.

I promptly rang the store and spoke to a so called shift manager who had no authority and managerial skills what so ever. She didn’t even apologise, wouldn’t give her details and wouldn’t give the owners details once she let slip it was a franchise ‘restaurant’ I use the term restaurant very loosely. She would not give a refund over the phone and said I would have to visit in person. We are talking pennies here but apparently it’s company policy to not refund over the phone. The same policy she wouldn’t let me have a copy of. This is what happens when you let teenagers and school drop outs run a business with no knowledge of customer service and how to build a good reputation.

Wouldn’t even give the 1 store ordered threw just eat and missed half the food all of which was the kids, when tried to explain over the phone just get passed off to complain to just eat. No accountability taken nor a can do attitude to help the customer, explained that surely they must be aware that a bag of food didn’t go out /or picked as they get the just eat order there end. Wouldn’t even check with the driver. Spoke to the manager on the phone, who clearly couldn’t give a rational reason as to why they couldn’t help and instead just fobs you of to put a complaint in on the just eat app. You would think that because it was the kids food missing they would of put a bit more effort into looking into what could of gone wrong but showed no interest at all other than to say to me well there’s No bags of food on the counter, so in other woods you didn’t pick it or driver has taken it some where else. Useless customer service

The food here is always cold/warm.Very far and few between that the servers are pleasant. Ask for fresh food and then you are served food that is dry,cold and droopy . Go to Burton instead, they are polite and pleasant. And their food and drinks served are appropriately hot.

Once again, after having a similar experience at the other drive through in the area, I find it disgusting the state of the “restaurant”. The floor is slippy, dirty & filthy.

Staff members walking around looking like they have nothing to do & 3 members of the team say eating out on the “floor” jeering at senior members of staff attempting to work.

I feel like, since accepting Uber eats etc, the ability of the staff to keep the place looking/feeling like somewhere you would want to be has gone out the window.

Makes me wonder what the state of the kitchen area is like.

Chips cold and no salt.
2 out of 3 burgers made incorrectly ( ordered items to be removed but came wrong )
The other burger looked like it had been thrown together in a speed challenge and I had to reconstruct the elements to be able to eat it.
Charge 10p per sauce now
Staff have no manners and act like they font want to be there.
Drinks were flat

I stop here often as a wagon driver on regular trips to the area late at night. Started charging for sauce, fine, but let's get the food to a temperature that's above warm first then I will pay more for stuff. Twice now in 2 nights my food has been cold. This time I returned the food.

Worst macdonalds I've been to. Ordered 4 meals and 9 nuggets and only got 2 BBQ sauce asked for 3 more and I was told I have to pay 10p each for the others. 2 BBQ sauce between 3 adults and 2 children is ridiculous not only that they messed up my order and had to go in to sort it out. Manager was not interested in my complaint (Sunny I think his name was) clearly just trying to make extra money. Outrageous when I had just spent £24 not going there again 😡

Cold food with staff that don't care. I refuse to go here but the other half likes the milkshakes. Third time I've came here and third time the food is stone cold. When reordering it wasn't much better if I'm honest. Shocking, never again
