KFC Ashford - Beaver Road

I got a family bucket,the chicken was soggy,greasy,and flavourless,and barely warm,the chip's had not been cooked enough,the staff don't really speak to you ,only to each other in their own language (which is very rude),I will NOT be buying again,the quality of the food is really POOR.Rang to speak to manager to complain and they said that there was nothing they could do ,would NOT exchange food or refund me ,NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.THEY ARE USELESS.GIVING KFC A BAD NAME.

Very hit and miss depending who is serving you. They tend to mark the order as complete on their screen before it's has been given to you so then lose track of their orders.

Items where missing but happy to replace and throw in a cookie as an apology. Food was hot and delicious

Kind and friendly service, well packaged to keep food warm, polite staff, tasty food, good menu options and all round nice experience.

Food is good, recommend collection, but limited parking around.

One of the better franchises I’ve seen. Service was quick, the food was well cooked, the staff were nice and the place was clean.
The best thing, and the reason for 5stars is that these guys obviously follow The Colonel’s recipe for gravy (with the proper chicken crackling from the fryers) and don’t just churn out the anemic beige powdered version you sometimes find at other KFCs

We went to collect our food rather than pay the extra for delivery, and it was very quick service. The food of course was spot on.

Sold me out of date krushem, smelt and taste so sour , was only offered a normal drink in return and refused to change the mixer for other customers (it’s made from a big mix) until the next day (which they would do anyways)
