Very bad experience. Ordered our food and went to collect it at the last window. No one greeted us intact she kept the window shut and was busy chatting away with her college’s as she was “preparing our order”. When she opened the window to give us our food she apologised which didn’t seem very sincere. I said you should have greeted us and told us that our food was getting ready. She became very defensive. Very bad customer service very disappointed. It’s a shame.

Probably one of the worst places to order any food. Despite speaking to a manager earlier in the week about a kids party we were having for our son and needing to order a large quantity of happy meals, we agreed for me to phone the orders through so they had time to prepare it all, the food took over an hour to be ready, they didn't pick up the phone like we had arranged to pre order the food so had to go to the restaurant and place the order, once we'd collected and got it all back to the party it was all cold and the party had finished. Really ruined what was a good time for our son and his friends. We would definitely NOT recommend this restaurant and the shambles way it is run!

Being asked 'do you need it?' when you ask can you get in the accessible toilet, when the gents toilets is not helpful. If I didn't need it, I wouldn't ask. I suffer from IBS. So it's not a visible disability. But being looked up and down is not a very positive attitude. I suspect training needs to be given as not all disabilities are visible.

This is the third time this has happened when i order burgers without mustard or pickles and they specify on the burger they come without mustard or pickles but take a look for yourselves. Are you lot stupid or what? Already requested a refund for everything because it came barely warm anyways.

Getting a little fed up with most of these fast food places as you seam to have to wait an extremely long time for your food and when you finally get it it is cold or the wrong order.
Seam more intreasted in all the collection orders they do than real customer in front of them.
Poor service getting worse in my honest opinion..

Ordered one of their mega muffins from the breakfast menu. Had some bone or gristle in it. Really put me off ordering anything again. Threw it away.

Coffee was good though.

Would give 0* if I could, absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend using the drive thru under any circumstances.

Ordered and the guy barely spoke any English. I had to repeat the order to him 3 times and he still managed to get it wrong, the burger without sandwich sauce had 'no sandwich sauce' on the box but still had sandwich sauce in it, and the big mac came with nothing but cheese, and when we sent it back it came with nothing but sauce and onions and cheese (we had asked specifically for extra lettuces, pickles, onions) -- not to mention this all took 30 minutes which is way too long for a so called 'fast food chain'. The only thing they managed to get right was the apple pie, the chips were cold and half portions. 0/10 Absolutely would not recommend using the drive thru.

Very busy, a mixture of fast and slow services depending on the amount of staff in or the day. Hot drinks are on point. Sometimes when ordering of the app your told something ain't available but when you get there ,they have it.
