Taco Bell

I have had Taco Bell before on a number of occasions without any problems but tonight my wife ordered a delivery for us to have when I got back from work. And it was completely the wrong order, and also happened to be completely cold too. She found it impossible to get in touch with anyone from the restaurant to get another order sent out. The fact that the delivery driver was laughing and chatting to someone on his phone at the time he was delivering the food may or may not have been the reason why he delivered the wrong meal package to us.
We are considering never ordering from here again, but, as this was the first bad experience we have had with Taco Bell and on all previous occasions the food was really good we just might decide to give them another chance at some point, but there again we might not.

I got a meal here recently and it's what you expect for fast food, fast and a decent meal. The waiting time was a bit long (8 minutes for food, chips and a drink) but considering there were people in front of me, it's hardly expected they can push out so many orders in 3 minutes or less.

Dining area was clean, no spillages on tables or around the bins, if I had to nitpick the toilet could of been a bit cleaner, but no one eats in a toilet so I hardly call it a problem if a bit of toilet roll is on the bathroom floor. Food was hot, my till worker was polite and looked happy which is rare in fast food 😂

Daughter loves the food in this place & treated her after watching a film. She ordered what she wanted & was served in no time. Food was hot & she enjoyed it. Server's behind the counter were busy but polite & also gave my daughter choices.

Food is always good here, not much seating available. You need to go upstairs to sit down. But it's adequate for a quick meal. Only real problem for me was the drink refill is down stairs so you have go up and down all the time.

I tried Taco Bell because I am a Sandra Bulluck fan. I did not know what to expect, but I got, was completely delicious. I can't recall what it was. Second time, and because I could not remember, the name that is, so I took something else. That was not so good. Who am I? Service is good, polite and helpful. No problems at all!

Very frustrating. Love taco bell but every single time I order from here, at least 1 item is missing from the order. This has happened 10+ times, sort it out.

First time using it. Lady taking order great, person making up the order, not so great. Enjoyed what food I got. I just wish I had checked before going back to car. Half of it was missing.

Waited outside Clacton branch for 15 minutes waiting to open from 11am as per door sign, to be only told at 11.15am not opening until Midday. People inside clearly looking at us throughout our wait - maybe a sign would be helpful if changing opening hours to those stated on door. We were in a queue of about 5 people also waiting
