It was nice, not many people queuing to order, fairly fast service and seats available in the top floor.

Ladies toilets were cleaner than other fast foods restaurants but could be better if they change the hand dryer that lets all the remain water on the hands to go straight to the floor and also, by putting some air fresheners and touch-free WC buttons, taps and doors.

The windows were dirty on both sides and the painters didn't do a great job as there is paint on the windows too. Some bits of food by the window stands, corners included. Some sticky residues on tables and chairs missing by the staff.

Food was all fresh cooked except for the fries. We would have complaint but we were really hungry at that time and kids started to eat them before realising. Breast mini fillets and hot wings were spectacular, pieces of chicken were very oily; you need to change something in this recipe.

Overall, the place looked clean and for most of the people, I'm pretty sure they'll agree but if something can be improved, why not spot it for others who are missing it?

Don’t order online with them - their service is appalling. They never honour requests I make - such as what pieces of chicken I want - even though I was prepared to wait for them to be cooked. I specifically asked for no wings as I’m ordering Hot Wings separately - what do they do??? They give me 3 wings out of the six pieces I ordered. They are absolutely useless & totally incompetent - avoid completely!

We had 3 zinger burgers at KFC on 15th Oct all good chips were abit dry. Went today 29 Oct ordered 3 zinger burgers meals. 2 of the burgers were still half raw. The chips were better this time. Seems to be no consistency.

Prabhat is excellent. Very friendly. Very welcoming. Impeccable customer service. I don't know the names of the other staff but they were all smiling and very accommodating. Lovely experience. Staff are a credit to kfc.

I haven’t received my meal before (… I can say never) with a peaceful smile just like it happened today. My day was just boosted because of one of your employees (… it was really powerful, so I complimented it to the manager.) My ordered meal was well presented (…as you can see in one of my picture.) … and I really like their slogan what I saw on their wall ‘Do all you can & and do it the best you can.’

The most unclean KFC I've dined it. The floor and tables were wet and nasty. There was a wet floor sign upon entrance but staff didn't clean up until a large group came in and needed the space. We ordered for table service due to having a lot of little kids in our group. After waiting for over 30mins, we had to go to the counter to ask about our food which was just sitting there. The guy just pushed the tray over to me once I told him our ordered number - no drinks, napkins or condiments. When I asked for my drinks (4 Pepsi cherry) he said we don't have that and walked away. WILL NEVER DINE HERE AGAIN

Had a delivery from here, Raw pink chicken burger in BOTH burgers. Disgusting food makes you feel sick afterwards for the rest of the day. Chicken wings had no meat or chicken on them whatsoever, just a layer of crispy skin which was smothered in oil.

I got 1 uncooked wing returned it and they gave me two in place and they were even more uncooked, got nothing to say..
