McDonald's

Appalling food! When we finally received the meal it was cold and hardly any filling in the Big Mac! On careful scrutiny the meat burger looked like a piece of leather! Extremely unappetising! Could not return the food as I was on the way to a hospital appointment! You had plenty of staff on but it was obvious not a clue how to manage effective food delivery! More concerned in getting the Easter ice cream pots out!!!!! Shocking service.

Took ages for the food, not even particularly busy, the young members of staff were very busy, rushing here, there and everywhere, older members of staff just stood around, definitely needs some organisation! Food possibly just luke warm, but half of the food was sat in bags waiting for the food not ready, quarter pounder with cheese half hanging out of the box at the bottom of the bag when opened, drinks completely flat without any ice.

Ordered to the table through the app and it came quick. Hash browns a bit greasy. Ended up with a lot of spare sauces and sugars / milk as they just bring a lot of everything with the order which is a bit wasteful.

I had the best experience in years and staff were brilliant today I really needed it thanks very much drive thru and cooks aced it !

Another disappointing meal, cold soggy incorrect and as usual milkshake machine wasn't working, that's over a month now its been off/unavailable, for a place that makes so much money they can't even fix a milkshake machine, very disappointing.

I tend to use McDonald's when I need to grab something quick and simple, usually triple cheeseburger no ketchup extra mustard and medium fries. But for drinks I wish it did decaf coffee.

Found a hair in the Big Mac that I had. Disgusting. None of them wear hair nets and you are supposed to when working with food. And then turned the box over to fine hair on the bottom of the box 🤮
