the parking from front of McDonalds is dedicated just for loading and it is clearly written LOADING ONLY, but delivery moto is all the time and blocking parking for all cars !!! those from McDonalds have been notified, but the lack of respect for humanity and the insensitivity they show leaves much to be desired !!! once again it turns out that this country has no laws and is a jungle!

As a comment being left after coming to this location periodically over three years my review is as follows:

Poor customer service( Rude employees with the rare exception of that are polite).

Every single order in the driver through you WILL have to pull up and wait for your food.

A place where they clearly are so busy that they do not value individual customers anymore
Frequently looks like a tornado has hit the place and is extremely messy.
Toilet in a horrible condition and they should hope they do not get a heath and cleanliness inspection .
The bottom line is we have many customers you are of no value as a individual!That's the message you get!

Service was OK but should have been friendlier. Self service kiosk wasn't working properly. Food felt as though it had been sitting there a while

I always found the staff friendly
When I first used to go in there and get a burger I used to find not much filling and not much sauce. I came yesterday in the evening and I was number 79 I think if that helps and I just had a hamburger I eat it when I went outside I had so much filling and sauce it was dripping on my fingers the way I like it .
In my opinion I think the person who made it should get a pay on the back it was the best I had in a long time from there .
I wish I had got two if everyone made them like that I would come back more often and give u a better raiting

Pretty standard Mc Donalds Menu, the service is a little poorer compared to other branches I've noticed, large fries look like medium, drinks being filled only 3/4, Mc Flurry only being filled 3/4, missing cheese dippers if you get a share box. It's like they're trying to increase their margins and hope you don't notice. You do get your food hot if collecting and eating in/

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY
There is always something missing from your order, always arrives cold, they always forget the sauces and dips you pay for and never answer the phone.

Go to the one in St Georges instead, much better service.

The staff is very friendly. The facility is clean and tidy. Attention to children and adults. I have never seen this in any McDonald's before. The service is at a high level 👍🏻

Ordered Mc Flurry ice-cream, and was delivered less than half cup. When we tried to call Harrow branch who delivered, they put off the phone while speaking. Also the coffee badly made and tasted horrible. Horrible customer service. I wish I give Zero Stars!
