McDonald's

Very displeased with today's experience.. Ordered on the self service, asked for extra sausage, never got it. My cup was barely filled up, the whole visit was just cramped and lengthy, over 20 minutes waiting for the food. Won't be coming again, but through all the downs the food wasn't bad.

Always happy with a mcdonald's never have a problem at all. Food is always hot and tasty. We used the table service a few times and always found this a help with young children. (lazy adults) gives change to find a table and chat while waiting for food.
The staff have been really good with the kids talking to them giving colouring pages out which has been nice. Always happy with going here.

Ordered through the McDonald's app and gave my phone number to be contacted about any changes to my order.

Was able to order milkshakes through the app but received an email 2 minutes after my order was paid for to tell me my entire order was being refunded.

Why take a contact number if it isn't going to be used?! Instead of having to pay for two meals and having to wait 5 days for a refund.

If it isn't available it shouldn't be on the app

Absolutely atrocious. Food wasn’t even well cooked. The coke was mostly water with a horrible bitter taste! The fries were rock solid and my sons chicken nuggets were nearly frozen! We asked for a new coke and this new, young employee looked into the cup, got a new coke, aggressively hit it against the table and said “here” and walked away! And let me tell u the coke was even worst! Hoping that I this will never happen again bc it was outrageous! When we were waiting to get served the employees were playing “catch” with a bag of carrots! Do better McDonald’s!! 🤬😡🤢🤮

Had a sandwich missing a few times, need to ask for the source specifically otherwise you will never get it, usually a hangout for teens that get loud and roudy... Otherwise it's a McDonald's the quality is what you would expect.

Ordered on just eat from this McDonald’s.
A family member had the chicken sandwich meal and it give her food poisoning.
So yeah not very impressed.

I am disgusted by the state of this restaurant. The bins are overflowing, there is food and empty containers everywhere, and the floors are filthy and sticky.

What is the state of the kitchen if this is how the restaurant looks😶?

Great place to eat and not expensive great family restaurant
