KFC Crawley - High Street

The level of customer service and cleanliness in this store is a remarkable turn around since they have employed a more diverse staff. The staff are friendly, they greet, polite, professional and clean. The lady that takes the orders in the front is a real credit to the store. The food is packaged well, it's hot and fresh and now this store currently has the best customer service in decades, it's second to none by far. Keep up the amazing work 🙂🙂

Beware of this terrible place.
I tried to order at the terminal but the machine said there was a problem with payment, go to counter.
Which I did but, alas, impossible to gain the attention of any member of the team who were only interested in take away orders and their own conversations. So I left.
Only to find this morning my credit card has in fact been charged. No food but payment taken. Robbery!

Used self service on 26/10/22 , after it processed payment and approved , screen said oops something went wrong , spoke to supervisor was told it’s pending and will be refunded , so ordered from kiosk , day later 2 transaction have come out my account.

price of my KFC last night has doubled.

Perfect little scam KFC have going on , won’t be using again.

Dry and old chicken, i can't eat it. That is second Times... I think I don't come back, I just lost my money.

I hadn’t enjoyed a KFC meal for years! Sadly, as is the way with most of my favourite tastes of late, it didn’t taste anything like I remember. The flavour just isn’t there anymore. Have they changed the herbs and spices mix? Chicken itself was good but no better than any of the many local chicken shops.

Quick service and tasty food.
We used the KFC app that links upto the self service machines in store. We could use the rewards and deals from the app through the machine. Very user friendly. However we did get two small gravies instead of the large.

My mum placed an order worth just under £22 and she got given someone else’s order instead. Once the driver delivered the wrong food he got back in his car and drove off. KFC refuse to answer their phone. I’ve called them nearly 30 times on behalf of my mum

This restaunat is nice and you also get a extra kick of spice in your food.
Be sure to check when you buy something. The staff is great now i know why they take extra care to wrap-up and seal you food.
