McDonald's

We stopped here driving back from holiday. It's 1 of the cleanest, friendliest McDonald's I've been in.
Quick service and helpful staff.
Toilets were clean.

Where do I start:
8:39am Oct 7
Employee had no clue what she was doing which caused lane to back up, so cars were moving to other lane because Employee outside seemed to know what she was doing
Placed order, then completely had order incorrect, had to reorder at window, then was forced to pull up to wait because employee and manager are incompetent
Asked for refund at this point, waited 45 minutes in line.
Manager said no, so I will delete charges with my bank.
So much for British class.
It’s not that difficult to work fast food….

So my experience was alright the food wasnt to bad. but the fries we got were all cold to which I didn't understand due to how busy there were and no i didnt have a long trip back home as this place is like maybe 5-7mins from RAF Lakenheath.

I can understand cold fries as I live quite far from the restaurant so I had to drive back. What I can't understand is how you can charge me £5.62 for a Quarter pounder with a spritz of BBQ sauce 2 pieces of pickles and 2 pieces of fresh onion. (photos attached) I paid for a BBQ Double quarter pounder with cheese and got what is in the image. I checked my order before departure even though the crew member gave me my order and ran away, everything seemed there so I didn't stay to unwrap each sandwich to check its contents.
Worth mentioning is the fact that I waited more than 15 minutes for my order. Made my order at 11:25 and received it at 11:41, after waiting in a bay and seeing other customers coming and going.
The drive back to ask for my right order would've been too much, but I had to say something so others don't get scammed.

Advice for everyone ordering from this McDonald's (as this is not the first time they mess up my order, though the other times it was blatantly obvious and we reported it on the spot): Check your order, not just for the right number of packages but also for their contents as you might get home and find what I did.

This is not what I ordered, I ordered a tendergrill chicken meal! I must repeated the order about 6 times and they still got it wrong. No sauces offered or added... the roll consisted of roll, chicken paty and lettuce... ZERO sauce...and it wasn't the tendergrill I ordered. Staff require training.

I was blown away by how clean and inviting this McDonald's restaurant was! I stopped by them on a fluke.
I was travelling to Norfolk and was getting tired so I did a detor to rest and went in for a meal. Upon entering the restaurant I noticed how clean the place was! It was a little bit busy and there were people eating but there was no dirty tables or floor. The restrooms were so clean it looked, and smelled and felt unused.
I was so thrilled. I have been to a lot of McDonald's and this venue trumps all others. The lady cleaning there when I went in was polishing the coffee grounds lettering on the wall and she was doing such a great job! I wanted to walk up to her and say well done but I didn't want to embarrassed her. I wish I did. I don't even know what McDonald's restaurant it was. I will be checking for that information.
The atmosphere was very relaxing and chilled.
The service fast and professional. It was indeed a very pleasant experience. Well done to the staff there.

Lovely lady on the door to welcome you in. We always stop here on the way to my parents as its a 2 hour journey. This visit they didn't put the cheese in the cheese burgers. Luckily was ate in so quickly resolved.

You know what you getting here. But staff were friendly and couldn't be more helpful, place was clean and I'd almost say spotless. Food was quick to get, fresh and hot. Coffee was bang on.
