Fantastic service.
I ordered the wrong thing and was happy to pay for it to be corrected but they insisted they would change it at no extra cost (even though it was my mistake).
I had my 4 month old with me, they offered to rock her whisky I ate my food… exceptional service. Thank you.

This restaurant is the worse McDonalds I've ever used. Order online are almost always wrong, on busy evenings the restaurant can be found in total meltdown.
One one occasion visiting we waited 45 minutes after ordering via the drive thru. I went in to find staff not knowing what was going on, orders sat on the counter for the extra 15 minutes I spent trying to find where our order was. A mass of other disgruntled customers and food was all over the floor in the kitchen. The manager was less than helpful, and was clearly in over his depth.
One of the food orders sat on the counter got took outside only to find it was ours. By this point it was stone cold.
Try making a complaint to management and it falls on deaf ears as I'm sure no matter what the branch still makes a fortune and clearly that means more than customers satisfaction.

Used drive-thru so didn't rate atmosphere. Order was incorrect and missing items but was already home before realising. Food was as good as McDonald's is.

I understand they were busy, but the drive-thru was sooo slow.

Take away lunchtime order today. 2 x veggie deluxe's ordered with fries. How very disappointing, cold chips and poor standard of salad and relish added to the veggie buns... See photo. Certainly not worth £3.59...someone needs to be checking the orders before they leave the kitchen in the short term and until kitchen staff are assessed as competent to serve orders to a much better standard. Individual staff should be held accountable for poor service.
No complaints with other food ordered today.
UPDATE 01/10/22 - I have not been back to this McDonald's since the above review. Friends and relatives have been and report poor quality and quantity of food, with lack of checking of orders by staff. I will consider returning once I hear of much better reports.

Food was perfect but hot chocolate hadn’t been finished half full and was just like water…annoying there is always something missing usually but the first time the order was right then the drink was rubbish.

McDonald’s is McDonalds anywhere you go, but this was super busy and quite evidently very popular. The staff were really efficient with all the customers and with the Uber staff. There wasn’t much waiting around at all like there can be at times. More than anything what stood out to me was ‘Poppy’. One of the staff. She was probably the most efficient, happy, productive people I have ever seen in a workplace. You could just see she was super helpful towards everyone and did it with a smile. She throughly enjoyed her role. Me and my wife both noticed how super efficient she was. Her customer service was second to none 👌🏽. Poppy deserves a pay rise at some point or at least an incentive to recognise her efforts. 💫

The service here requires desperate improvement. Everytime we go here they short change us. We order 20 McNuggets and get about 17. The chips are usually all in the bag and not in the individual boxes. The service is slow and you never get your food at the drive thru, we are always asked to park and wait. The staff are very apologetic and I feel for them.

Really poor calibre of people working here. Kids that have zero idea how it is to be front facing for customer service, full of attitude. Had to repeat my order 3 times because the young lad was still in a conversation with his colleague. Then the girl at the pay window was too busy chatting to kitchen staff to realise I had been sitting waiting to pay for 2 minutes. Then the young girls at window 3 took another five minutes to get my order correct even though it’s on a screen in front of them. Then forgot my drinks so had to wait another 3 minutes for them to get them together. Was the only customer in the drive thru. Wouldn’t trust the staff here with a microwave. Avoid if possible. Worst maccies ever and they clearly hire kids with zero manners.
