McDonald's

Nice fast food like any other McDonald's. Most spaces available at first floor. So always explore for more spaces at first floor. Toilets are bit congested. But can't complain sure to high Street presence. Staffs are more helpful.

Inside was clean and greeted by friendly staff, who offered a few extras to see if I needed it.

2022: Barely functional place full of drunkyards and horrible people.

2019: One employee from there who seems to be the manager threw the bag at me impolitely when I asked for it to hold my drinks. The staff seems to be overworked especially after midnight and act arrogantly (For example: Aggressively shouting the customer's order number until they hear it). No sauce is also given unless you ask for it and many times they say it has run out. This is a terrible place.

I understand you are very busy at night as most other eating outlets around close relatively soon, but that doesn’t mean that you become rude to customers. In particular, the guy calling out the orders and serving at the front is insolent and clearly lacks communication skills. Do train your staff better or employ new ones. Additionally, burgers were cold and coke tasted like water as it flat.

A few days ago I visited with my family to eat in BUT, first we waited 40 minutes for our order, second the place was a mess with all the bins full of garbage and the tables with left overs, so we had to clean a table alone and third it was so discusting that in their haste to wrap the hamburgers, they didn't manage to do it and the same thing happened at the point where they were putting them in the bags, they were putting them in with their bare hands, so the hamburgers inside the bag were unwrapped and half here and half there...I will think it twice before I visit again customers are not pigs they must respect them... I regret that I didn't make a video for all to see

I'm not sure who is responsible for at a least a minimal food quality check. Burgers are always cold, fries are plastic sticks, sodas are mainly water and sugar. And as usual, I payed for an extra burger they forgot to deliver.

With their points you can get a full meal or a side, depending on how many you have accumulated. It gets you hooked to eating junk food often but it also helps you save a bit. I also like the fact that they have long operating hours. I can get a meal late at night after my study sessions or early in the morning when I am rushing somewhere. It is very convenient for me.

My food was ready for over 15minutes and was left on the side, coffee was cold by then. Poor slow service
