McDonald's

Missing a cheeseburger, got cold chips, got a cucumber in a wrap that was asked for without, flat coke and smashed up mozzarella sticks. Couldn't have made more of a mess of this if that was the intention.

Ordered coffee at drive thru. This is my second visit where the cup stank of perfume or aftershave. This time I Asked for a replacement only to be given the same cup back and then again. The young lad serving just smirked. Unhygienic place as per other reviews, they really need to wash their hands if they're serving food, disgusting

Ask for 2 hasbrowns and a sausage and egg muffin with extra cheese, not a hard order. Replies with was that with extra bacon did you say. No i didnt say anything about bacon. Drive to window, no extra cheese in the normal sausage and egg muffin displayed. Removes order and it doesnt ahow on outer screen. Cant see the order now.
Get to window where you receive the order and they ordered a double sausage and egg! This place is gash. A simple order messed up multiple times. Am never going to this mc d again, terrible.
Also gave no napkins and yet again i had to ask. They should always be provided. Awful service.

I am fed up of this store. I placed a breakfast order and got in the drive thru at 10.58. I appreciate breakfast is nearly over but to be told my order cannot be fulfilled is unacceptable and to top it off kyra enterprises are robbing people. 10p for sauces!! I'm a driver and go to mcdonalds all over the country and it seems only kyra enterprises stores are charging for dips. Shame on you kyra

Me and mum come here whenever we want McDonald's due to it being cleaner then all the other McDonald's in the area, they have good quality food and good costumer service,however when we needed to use the elevator (mum is disabled) we got told "the elevator doesn't work." Other than that we haven't had any bad encounters.

Ordered through the Mcdonald app and once again the order was wrong rang up and all I got was you need to speak to uber eats there was no help as you cannot contact them through mcdonalds app by the time we managed to get hold of someone at uber eats hour and 5 mins later the food was stone cold not happy with the service do not get delivery with this restaurant because they all ways mess up the order and do not take responsibility for it

Absolutely shocking. Portion control of clearly reheated fries is laughable (£1.40) and must surely be a trading standards issue. Burger and roll burnt. See photos. Guy who took order was polite, lady who delivered it was pan faced. I wasn't given a receipt which is not legal in the UK and is stopping me from leaving a direct McDonalds review which your area manager would see. Appalling taking people's money for this.. Starting to think Kyra Enterprises is a money laundering scam as they have little interest in McDonald's customers or the companies standards and menu.

Update: McDonald's Head Office in London have been in touch to apologise and are issuing voucher for replacement. I won't return to this restaurant. I recommend you avoid until they sort themselves out.

McDonald’s always nails it with food! Just been to this one and had an excellent dinner! The food was quick at coming out and the taste was just OMG! Would certainly want to return in future 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
