Worst mcmuffin i have ever had. Dry stale muffin. Sausage was like boot leather. Discusting. Think it had been hanging around a bit. Bun looked like mice had been at it !!!! See pics

A GIANT MC-DISAPPOINTMENT!!! A 24 HOUR MCDONALD'S THAT ISN'T A 24 HOUR MCDONALD'S!!!!
After a long night shift, driving home in the early hours of the morning, I thought I'd stop by this McDonalds as it's a 24 hour. It's listed as a 24 hour McDonald's not only on Google, but on the McDonald's website and I have also had it confirmed by a spokesperson from McDonald's too. Hoping to enjoy a McDonald's after a long, hard day, I drove up to find that it was actually closed. Cones had been placed in the drive through to prevent any access. This is not the first time this has happened. I have tried to come here 3 times in the past week in the early hours and it has been closed every time. Before the past week, it seemed like every time I came here in the early hours after I've finished work, they've been closed and are rarely open at this time of morning. After speaking to McDonald's, they came up with different reasons but quite frankly, isn't acceptable. I wouldn't mind if it wasn't a 24 hour, but to say it is but then are closed every time in the early hours, it is clearly NOT a 24 hour McDonald's. Don't list it as one if it isn't!!! When it's open, it's great. Always happy with the food, good friendly staff but it's just a big disappointment when you expect to be able to enjoy a meal here at any time of the day, being a 24 hour restaurant, only to find it closed!!!

It's not fast food. The fries were all moist. Not like European ones which are always nice and crisp.
Big Mac looked like it had been punched. It's ok in a rush.

Car parks a joke so many uber eats people in the way hanging around that means you can’t use the collection parking bays. Not enough room inside and is super slow to receive your orders.

No point reviewing the food. Standard, homogenised fast food fare. It does the job. Does get very, very busy though, and sometimes the food isn't hot when picking it up from the drive-through window.

It was cold inside but clean. Older staff more friendly than some of younger staff.

Absolutely disgusting!! Got me and my partner a big mac meal and cheese sharebox to share, and we didn't receive our fries or cheese sharebox with our large order our big mac was also crumbling was disgusting!!. I also got my little boy chicken nugget happy meal and all he got was chicken nuggets in a box with no fries or drink, absolutely disgusting he was extremely upset!! So appalling should be ashamed

Wasn't cheap ethier what a waste off money!!

Well ordered a Big Mac as a meal and 2 sweet chilli wraps as meals with 2 oasis and 1 coke went back home nipping away as watching a film finished my wrap my wife wasn’t really hungry so never really ate the wrap so she put it to one side I was about to eat it for her and found a fly in the wrap absolutely disgusted vomited straight away DONT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS PURE DIRT OF MCDONALDS
