Worst KFC I've been to in my life! Staff are sooooo slow. We waited 20 minutes in the drive though and they got our order wrong 3 TIMES in one visit! On one occasion they missed some fries from our order, then when challenged proceeded to try telling us they had put them in there (as though we were lying!) so I handed them the bag back and they searched it and then finally gave us the missing fries. Not a single word - no smile, no 'Sorry Sir'. manager here needs to resign and never work in a restaurant again! 🤣

Showed as only open for delivery on Uber eats. Made my order which was a 35-50 min wait. After waiting 1 hour, and going through 2 drivers, the 3rd driver rang to say he’s been to the restaurant and they are actually closed but not cancelling the order on Uber eats. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, the restaurant even had the doors open and a letting drivers come in, if you’re not open take your restaurant off the apps and lock your doors! Will never ever visit this store again

A bit slow serving the food, although understandable as it was a bulk order and eating in.

**Disabled Autistic Wheelchair User Review** - This place is only SOMEWHAT wheelchair friendly... And it is NOT Autistic / Sensory Disorder / Sensory Impairment Friendly AT ALL. The lights are Bright, the music is LOUD, and I've literally WHEELED OUT FAST from there to get away from it, lest it forces me into a Meltdown. I Do Not Like It In There At All.

As a wheelchair user -- It's not that easy to get into; the I have to struggle to use the door and get through it. They have GIANT touchscreen ordering menus and (unlike, say, McDonald's) there is NO "accessibility" option so you can't reach most of the options, AND the PIN machine is too high as well. There IS technically counter-service, but that's Not The Point.

Also of note is that there is only ONE SMALL Two-Seater DEDICATED Wheelchair Table in the entire restaurant that I saw there. In fairness you could fit your chair into a few tables on the side, and by moving the chairs. You also have to look HARD to find it, too.

The food is fine; normal KFC. The Staff are nice. These things Get ALL 3 Stars to Themselves. The Restaurant setup gets ZERO.

Went last night to order a quick dinner to be left to sit and wait an hour for a take away! Lots of chicken in the grill but nothing was leaving. So myself and other paying customers Asked to speak to the manager but was told he’s making burgers and can’t come out to see everyone on the shop floor who had also been waiting an hour for their food! Staff did not communicate that the there would be a massive wait for food as all it’s customers waited patiently! Manager refused to come out and speak to us all after asking for a second time to see us all. Worst ran KFC in the country avoid by all means. Myself and everyone else in there that night won’t be back again!

The thing that lets this KFC down is the main focus on drive thru, deliveroo and phone orders. They seem to be looked after first and the walk-in customers are made to wait. Obviously if you want freshly cooked food then it's worth the wait but there is no where to wait. You're having to stand around customers who eating in. It can't be a particularly nice experience for them
I waited an hour in store for my food. Can't fault the food or staff but they just couldn't keep up with the orders. It's a shame really. I'll avoid a Friday evening take away in future.

Slow service. 23 minutes it took from start of drive through to leaving, only 4 cars in front. Food was cold when we got home 5 minutes after leaving KFC. In fact threw 1 meal away.

Usually a big queue and if you go later in the day they don't tend to have much left so you only have very limited options (but get charged for a full meal). Staff were friendly enough but let down by the experience in general.
